Per entrare in JEMP partecipa a una delle due sessioni di Recruitment semestrali, una a marzo e l’altra a ottobre.
Per entrambi i Recruitment ci sarà una finestra di tempo durante la quale avrai la possibilità di mandare la tua candidatura ed entrare a far parte di JEMP.

COLLOQUIO DI GRUPPO
Parteciperai ad un colloquio dove saranno presenti, oltre agli esaminatori, altri candidati come te.
Insieme dovrete risolvere un business case logico.
COLLOQUIO INDIVIDUALE
In caso di superamento della fase precedente, parteciperai ad un colloquio individuale.
Sarà un’occasione per farti conoscere e per porci tutte le domande che vorrai!
PERIODO DI PROVA
Complimenti! Da qui inizierai il tuo periodo in prova della durata di 3 mesi, durante il quale prenderai parte a progetti e workshop e potrai capire se JEMP fa davvero per te!
